Named after Alexander Selkirk - the real-life inspiration for Robinson Crusoe - The Selkirk is a true Victorian corner pub that offers a peaceful sanctuary for all. Much like Selkirk’s island, we provide a refuge from the world, complete with a vast garden that’s a local treasure in South London. We’ve become a hub for the community, famous for our Sunday roasts & the relaxed, friendly atmosphere that makes every visitor feel like a regular.

Upstairs, you’ll find our private dining room & function room, featuring its own bar & a sense of Victorian elegance. We’re deeply proud of our history in the area & it meant the world to us when our community came together to help us win Time Out’s most-loved pub in South London.
