There’s a new team at The Selkirk
The Selkirk is all about great food and a relaxed, friendly place to eat it.
We love food, our menus will change regularly and reflect the season. We will be curing our own bacon, making charcuterie, salting and smoking fish, butchering whole carcasses to use all the cuts, roasting over charcoal in the summer, making and baking our own sour dough, pickling vegetables and foraging for mushrooms and herbs. Our food has a traditional British influence with a modern twist & is all prepared fresh, daily.
